Smoked chicken wings


Remove and burn any excess feathers from the wings and grease them evenly with the mustard.
Season the wings with the rub.
Ignite the barbecue in indirect mode at 140 °C (284 °F).
Cook the wings for 35/40 minutes until they reach 78 °C (172 °F) in the middle.
Finish cooking and serve the wings along with barbecue sweet or spicy barbecue sauce.

  • 12 double wings
  • one 150gr. jar of mustard
  • sweet barbecue sauce to taste
  • spicy barbecue sauce to taste
  • 40gr. salt
  • 10gr. cane sugar
  • 40gr. sweet paprika
  • 12gr. powdered onion
  • 10gr. fresh oregano
  • 8gr. powdered garlic
  • 2gr. chilli pepper
